Philosophy Rooted in Tradition
I was born and raised in a Buddhist temple in Japan, where I learned the importance of balance, mindfulness, and harmony between people and nature.
This upbringing naturally led me to Eastern medicine, which views human beings as part of the natural world and emphasises the dynamic balance of yin and yang.
Through acupuncture, I aim to help restore that balance—supporting the body’s innate ability to heal and adapt to seasonal and emotional changes.
For more than twenty years, I have also studied the Japanese tea ceremony (Enshū-ryū) and hold the rank of shihan (master).
The values of stillness, attentiveness, and respect cultivated through tea are deeply connected to my approach to acupuncture: every movement, breath, and pause matters.
In a calm and mindful space, I strive to connect the wisdom of East and West—traditional philosophy and modern understanding—to help each person find harmony within body and mind.

Rare Japanese Acupuncture & Moxibustion
For centuries, Japanese acupuncture and moxibustion—using hand-crafted moxa made from carefully refined mugwort—have restored health, balance, and clarity to daily life.
In Japan, these techniques developed with extraordinary precision: the softness of the needle, the warmth of each tiny moxa ember, and the practitioner’s ability to sense subtle shifts in the body all play essential roles. Every treatment becomes a dialogue between practitioner and patient, guided by sensitivity, stillness, and deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms.
I trained intensively in Tokyo, learning to observe the body not only through symptoms, but also through posture, pulse, breathing, and emotional patterns. Japanese acupuncture requires this refined attention—an art of reading what lies beneath the surface and supporting the body so it can realign itself.
Because of this demanding training, true Japanese-style acupuncture and moxibustion remain rare in the Netherlands.
My mission is to bring these living traditions into modern life in a way that feels both grounded and accessible.
By combining ancient techniques with contemporary understanding, I aim to help people reconnect with their natural balance—relieving pain, improving vitality, regulating the nervous system, and supporting resilience through seasonal and emotional changes.
In this fast-paced world, Japanese acupuncture offers a moment of calm, precision, and genuine care. Through each session, I hope to create a space where the body can remember how to heal itself.

Gentle Care with Lasting Impact
My treatments combine carefully controlled moxa warmth and ultra-fine needles to provide deep therapeutic effects with minimal discomfort.
Japanese acupuncture values softness over force, which allows the body to open, release tension, and reset the nervous system. Even those who are sensitive to pain often find the experience unexpectedly soothing.
Many clients leave their first session feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded—sometimes describing a sense of quiet clarity or a pleasant warmth spreading through the body. These subtle yet meaningful shifts often mark the beginning of long-term improvements in sleep, digestion, circulation, pain patterns, and emotional balance.
Every gesture during treatment is intentional: the angle of the needle, the timing of each breath, the placement of even the smallest grain of moxa. This attentiveness comes from years of practice in both medicine and the Japanese tea ceremony, where precision, presence, and respect shape every movement.
My aim is not only to alleviate symptoms, but to support a deeper reconnection—helping the body remember how to heal, regulate, and restore harmony from within.

Real Results, Rooted in Balance
From relieving chronic digestive issues to improving sleep for insomniacs and strengthening immunity to prevent colds, every case is unique.
Using Japanese acupuncture and moxibustion, I aim for the root cause—not just temporary relief—to support lasting health and harmony.
