Born in a Buddhist temple in Japan, I grew up with a deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms. I trained intensively in Tokyo, learning to read the body not only through symptoms but through pulse, posture, and emotional patterns.
For over 20 years I have also studied the Japanese tea ceremony, holding the rank of shihan (master). The values of stillness, attentiveness, and precision from that practice shape every treatment I give.
