Alter Physio

Hide Kuwabara.

Western precision, Eastern depth — physiotherapy that traces pain back to its origin.

Hide Kuwabara

Movement is his language.

Physiotherapist & Founder

Movement analysis · Sports rehabilitation · Injury prevention · Athletic performance · East–West integration

Hide trained in physiotherapy in Japan before moving to Europe, where he spent years working across Belgium, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands. The breadth of that experience shaped a method that does not rely on fixed protocol.

His practice is built on a simple premise: that pain is almost never where it starts. The pattern shows in how a body loads, compensates, and moves when no one is watching. Hide reads that pattern, then works the system back toward something more efficient and less defensive.

He trained in Japanese acupuncture not as an addition to physiotherapy, but as a different lens on the same question. His clients range from professional athletes preparing for competition to people whose chronic pain has not responded to standard care.
