Chronic tension that never quite lets go. Stress your body won’t switch off. When rest no longer resets you — Keigo’s hands-on Seitai and acupuncture help it remember how.

Through hands-on Japanese massage (Seitai), I create the conditions for the body to soften, regulate, and recover naturally — releasing the tension it has been holding for far too long.
With acupuncture I address the outer layers of dysfunction — muscular tension, postural imbalance, restricted movement, and the stress that accumulates and settles into the body over time.
I work the body’s structure and its regulatory systems together, not in isolation — so the change settles in and lasts, rather than fading the moment you leave the table.
“For symptoms that persist, return,
or never quite resolve.”
Chronic tension. Stress-related complaints. Physical discomfort that lingers. The sense that your body never fully switches off. If your shoulders, neck, or back have forgotten how to let go — and rest no longer resets you — this is the work Keigo does best.

I work where the body has forgotten how to rest. By combining hands-on Japanese massage (Seitai) with Japanese acupuncture, I release deeply held tension while restoring balance throughout the body’s structure and its regulatory systems.
Seitai encourages relaxation from within; acupuncture addresses the outer layers — muscular tension, postural imbalance, restricted movement, accumulated stress. Together, they help the body soften, regulate, and recover on its own terms. I work in Japanese and English.
Seitai is hands-on Japanese bodywork. Keigo uses it to release deeply held tension and rebalance the body’s structure — encouraging relaxation from within.
Keigo uses fine Japanese needles with a gentle touch; most people find it calming rather than painful.
People carrying chronic tension or stress the body won’t switch off — tight shoulders, neck and back, poor sleep, or stiffness that keeps returning.
