Oud-Zuid runs from Museumplein down to the Zuidas. One distance would be a lie. The south end of Beethovenstraat is a short walk. Museumplein is not.

Walking and cycling distances on the street network, measured and rounded. They are not tram times.
From the southern end of Beethovenstraat, where Oud-Zuid meets the Zuidas, a measured route is 0.9 km: about 11 minutes on foot or 6 by bike, across Gustav Mahlerlaan and De Boelelaan. From the middle of the quarter, around Beethovenstraat, it is about 2.0 km: 27 minutes on foot or 10 by bike, south down Beethovenstraat and through the Zuidas.
From Museumplein it is 3.3 km: about 45 minutes on foot or 17 by bike, via Van Baerlestraat and Beethovenstraat, then the same crossing of the Zuidas. The practice is not beside Vondelpark. The park sits in the north of Oud-Zuid. The address is south of the Zuidas, in Buitenveldert.
From central Amsterdam, Gelderlandplein currently points people to tram 5 or tram 25, off at the A.J. Ernststraat stop, then east on foot. That instruction is for the stop, not a claim that both trams run down every street in Oud-Zuid. Check GVB on the day. The same page warns of works.
Museumplein and the park are part of how people here move. The clinic is the southern end of that journey, not a room off the park.
