About Del Ferro
We are proud of our location in the Del Ferro Institute, a leading center that has been applying the Del Ferro method since the 1970s to overcome stuttering and breathing-related complaints. This method focuses on training the diaphragm for better breathing, combined with mental training to build self-confidence and address hindering thoughts. More than 13,000 people have experienced lasting improvements as a result, both physically and mentally.
Through this integration, we can jointly work on complaints such as chronic tensions in the neck, shoulders, and back, which often accompany stuttering, hyperventilation, or burnout.
