What to Expect

Yoga:

Simple yoga classes focused on building strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Everyone’s welcome, even if you’re not flexible or have little experience. Choose private lessons in Buitenveldert or join group classes at De Meevaart in Amsterdam-East.

Relaxation Classe:

A full hour to completely unwind with practical relaxation exercises you can also do at home or work. Ideal for reducing stress or improving your sleep.

Pranic Healing

A form of acupuncture without needles or touch. It works with energy to reduce tension, combat fatigue, and support recovery. You don’t have to do anything—just sit back, relax, and receive.

Who is Iona?

Iona lives in Amsterdam and has been working as a yoga teacher, relaxation coach, and Pranic Healer since 2015. She’s been teaching for years and organizes events around relaxation and well-being. Her style is down-to-earth and accessible, with plenty of attention to what you need. People often describe her classes as calm, warm, and practically applicable in daily life.
